Ok, the mass email (3 attempts) CLOBBERED the mail server! Here is the gist of the message:

Starting with the Feb. 15 billing, all customers 3 months or more behind will have to make arrangements (call me or Don or Angie) to catch up. No, you don't have to pay all at once, I wouldn't do that to my worst enemy, but a reasonable arrangement will have to be made.

What I would suggest, and I believe this is more than fair, is to make double payments until your account is caught up. No one who makes a reasonable arrangement and sticks to it is going to be suspended, however, anyone who refuses will have their account suspended and collection proceedings will have to be initiated. We need to collect past due accounts to pay for an expensive system upgrade (approximately 30 times our current Internet Bandwidth!). The money is there, it is owed to the company, and everyone is being cheated of better Internet access because of it.

If you compare this past-due collection policy to our competitors' (account suspended after 3 to 30 days overdue, and I have copies of their contracts to prove it) you'll find we are being more than patient and fair to all concerned. I truly hope everyone agrees.
